Where can I find you?
I work primarily out of the Les Mills City Club, in Christchurch.

How often should I train?
It depends on the individual, and what your specific goals are. This is why generic exercise advice doesn't work for everybody. Please feel free to get in touch with me to talk about your goals, and how I can help you tailor an exercise regime that will help you meet them.

What should I eat?
Remember diets don't work, they only appear to work for the amount of time you are on them. What actually happens to people that diet frequently is that they lose 75% muscle, and 25% bodyfat whilst dieting, then when they crash - they gain 100% bodyfat. A better idea is to get educated about the effects of what you eat (BodyRevolution is GREAT for this!) and change your lifestyle accordingly, setting you up to get the weight off, and keep it off!
